What is Health Coaching:-
Health Coaching can give you the support and encouragement to make changes to help you feel better within yourself. It is completely non-judgmental and educates and motivates you to be healthier, less stressed, more balanced and happier. Health Coaching can help you find manageable ways to break through any resistance on your journey to better health.
What to expect:-
On your first session a full case history will be taken looking at your health and lifestyle, including stress levels, sleep, digestion, movement, hormonal health and more.
Helen then works with you to find the best solution to implement workable steps to inspire and motivate you to make a difference to how you feel. A wellness tool will be looked at to establish which areas you need the most support in and then Helen will work with you to make manageable positive changes. This will be personal to you, with Helen’s input. You will have tools and helpsheets to help you as well.
How many sessions are needed:-
There are different packages, depending on the level of support you require. You can have a short health reset, a 6 week programme or a 12 week programme.
An initial free 30 minute telephone call will establish whether health coaching is right for you and will answer any questions you may have. There is no obligation to book after the call but it should clarify anything you want to go over.
