Does life seem to be a struggle at the moment with your mental health, but not sure why or how to solve it, perhaps by talking and sharing your thoughts may help ease those feelings.
Nikki is a Humanistic therapist which means she uses a variety of skills and techniques to help you, principally concentrating on the here and now, rather than historic problems, she offers the best behavioral health techniques. She believes we are all unique and individual, so adjusts her skills to suit your needs best. Additionally, she is also a graduate of one of our medical assistant programs.
Humanistic counselling provides a safe, trusting and un-judging space for you to freely explore your issues that bring you to Counselling.
Nikki can offer short or long-term therapy, her work is explorative, rather than advice given or solution based. She doesn’t have a set agenda for each session, but instead focuses on whatever you choose to bring to the session.
Nikki’s personal life experiences took her to counselling and as a result she decided to retrain as a Therapist/Counsellor. She has experience of supporting people with many different issues, with a special interest of Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), low self-esteem and post-natal depression.
Nikki has a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and attends Continuing Professional Development courses and workshops throughout the year.
